The fitting quote is absolutely free and you are under no obligation to accept any given quotes. An appointment will be made in advance and a specialist of Surrey wardrobes to visit you at no charge to take all the measurements and to explain all the details we can provide.

Once we have all the measurements, we will develop a drawing with all the measurements and it will be sent for your consideration. Moreover, you will be given opportunity to make any changes by informing us prior finalising your order.

We are aiming to respond within 48 Hours with the drawing and quotation, taking into the account that we have all the measurements and decision on type of the materials.

Quote always includes production, shipping and installation. In the event you would like us to demolish, recycle and skip old furniture, additional fee may be applicable. This will be agreed in advance and will be stated in the final quote.

Furthermore, if you would like us to do any additional work, then you may be charged an extra fee. This also will be agreed in advance.

We can assure that we will produce, ship and install your order within three weeks since the time of order being finalised and upon the successful receipt of the deposit. However, it normally takes about two weeks for your order to be installed.

We do require 50% deposit of the total sum of your order. This is secured deposit that goes as part of the expenses to the purchase of the material and production costs. Order will be processed on the next working day once deposit successfully received.

We do accept bank transfers, cash and cheques. Furthermore, if you choose to pay by cheque for you deposit. Your order will be processed once the cheque will be successfully cleared. Therefore, you order can be delayed between five to seven working days.

All wardrobes come with 2 years manufacturer warranty. This covers all the breakages of the mechanisms and furniture. A member of the Surrey wardrobes will assess the issue and will proceed with the response of fixing or replacement.

Warranty does not cover any scratches or damages made by human in any cases.

Yes, we do offer 5% discount on all orders over two items. This will be calculated to the whole sum of the orders and deducted accordingly.
